Place in the microwave for 30 seconds to heat-up, it will release a humid warmth to help you relax muscles and alleviate period related pain.
One size only. 20 X 14 cm.
Product Use and Care
Heat up the cushion in the microwave for 30 seconds at 600 Watts power and check temperature. If you would like the cushion to be warmer then heat up in 15 seconds segments and check each time until reaching the desired temperature
You can also warm it up on top a radiator or in a pre-heated oven at 120 C for 20 minutes.
Be very careful not to overheat and burn yourself. Do not allow children to use unsupervised. Contains small parts (cherry stones) so it is not suitable for children under 3 years old
